Role Overview: As a Sales Engineer at Security Journey, you'll be a pivotal bridge between our technical team and prospective clients. You'll understand client needs, demonstrate how our platform can solve their problems, and ensure that our solutions align with their application security education objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
  • Offer technical presentations and demonstrations of our platform to potential clients.
  • Address technical questions and overcome objections.
  • Assist in the technical responses to RFPs and RFIs.
  • Stay updated with product developments and ensure that clients are aware of the latest features and benefits.
  • Provide feedback to the product and development teams based on customer interactions.
  • Attend trade shows, webinars, and conferences as a technical representative for Security Journey.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a technical sales or sales engineer role, preferably within the cybersecurity or software development sector.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in an understandable manner to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with application security concepts and best practices.
  • Passionate about continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
